My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small and claustrophobic due to facing a covered interior patio, but the bathroom in the upgraded room was lovely. However, the tiny window near the ceiling didn't offer much natural light. The price was a bit on the higher side.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. Camilla and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to a better room for free on the first night and moved us back for the last two nights.

The location of the hotel was the main highlight. Being right on Plaza de Armas was an amazing experience, close to great restaurants like Santa Catalina.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right on the Plaza de Armas in Arequipa. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering fantastic views of the city. The service was top-notch with genuinely helpful and caring staff. The dining experience on the terrace was a lovely way to start the day, although the breakfast could have had more variety. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.
